Membership Terms

1. Joining

Anyone who accepts these terms and the statutes of the association can become a member of Associação Coração Santola, tax ID (NIPC) 519158296.

Membership becomes active when the first payment of the fee is confirmed. You receive a confirmation by email.

2. Membership fee

Members choose the amount of their fee and whether they pay monthly or yearly, from the minimum shown on the membership page.

The fee is charged on the day you join and renews automatically on the same day of each month or each year, using the same payment method.

Payments are processed by Stripe, using the payment methods available on the payment page.

3. Cancel at any time

You can cancel your membership whenever you want, at no cost and without giving a reason:

Cancelling stops future charges. The period already paid is not refunded, and your membership stays active until the end of that period.

4. Change of fee

The amount only changes if you decide so. To change it, cancel your current membership and join again with the new amount, or write to us at associacaosantola@gmail.com.

5. Failed payment

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again. If the payment is not settled, the membership is suspended until it is.

6. Personal data

Your data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
